Quality

A lot of people ask me how would customized images help their business? My answer is your unique and so is your business! No one else is like you and gives the same type of experience to your clients! I love that quote by Oscar Wilde -”Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.” Since you are unique, your business is unique! Something unique and different needs to stand out from the masses. So how do you stand out?

Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.
— Oscar Wilde

The best way to stand out visually is through quality professional customized images. The quality of your images say something about the quality of your overall service and/or products.

Take McDonalds and Starbucks for instance. They both serve coffee right? They both have vanilla frappuccinos, regular coffee, iced coffee with various flavors and so on. They could even brew the same coffee,( by the way, they don’t, they each have their own brand of coffee). So why do most of us choose Starbuck? QUALITY!! The quality of service, the quality of product, the people that are drawn to Starbucks. Which leads me to my next point- Experience!

Experience

How do most of your client’s find you?(If you don’t know, find out! It’s so important to know how people are finding you!) Most people when in need of something ask their peers for recommendations. To narrow down the results they do research! Then they will look up those suggestions online whether it be on google, facebook, instagram, the BBB(yes the Better Business bureau is still a thing!) in order to make their final decision. They want proof! So what proof are you giving your potential client’s? Does your Facebook page look like a ghost town? Better yet does your marketing describe what you do but not show you and your team performing those services or product?

The best way to standout visually is through quality professional customized images!

Lets go back to our McDonalds and Starbucks example-Say your at McDonalds and decide to try to a new flavor of coffee. If you decided you didn’t like it and wanted to exchange it for something else I’m pretty sure the employees of McDonald’s would stand there and look at you like- Sooo, not sure what I can do for you. Right?? Where as if you did the same thing at Starbucks the barista would smile at you and happily remake your drink of choice without a fuss. The service is completely different! You can expect that at Starbuck however McDonalds is a whole other story.

Since people want proof (which by the way leads to trust which leads to them wanting to do business with you!) your images need to show them what it’s like to be in your shop, to receive your services and or product,- You are essentially telling them how they will feel when they do business with you!- The expierence! That’s it!

Consistency

Visual consistency is another way to stand out in a crowd! We are very visual beings, and we live in a day and age where everything is right there for us to look at and make a decision about. Due to the massive overload of visual information people can detect inconsistencies of brands or companies which allows them to like or dislike them with in seconds. Having consistency means that your brand experience doesn’t change depending the day, your mood, or the mood of your team. It’s the same, they can expect to see the same types of images, get the same feeling every time they encounter your brand and expect the same service or product each time they do business with you. Your images must reinforce your overall brand message.

So what is your brand message? Do your images give the feeling of what it is like to do business with you? Is your quality, expierence and consistency more like McDonald’s or Starbucks? What changes do you need to make? Not sure? Let’s chat!
